Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture and greet guests as you complete tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs and promote store services.
• Explain features of the Target App and assist with sign-ups when needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support various guest services (OPU, Drive Up, etc.).
• Promote loyalty programs and other Target services to guests.
