You will promote loyalty programs, demonstrate app features, and maintain a clean, safe store while delivering exceptional service to every guest. Training will cover policies, safety, and customer-first interactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn store technologies and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standards.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs.
• Inform guests about current promos and store activities.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate using the Target App and Drive Up/Order Pick-Up.
• Follow Target policies for returns and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Keep a clean work area and restock as needed.
• Support guest services like OPU and DU while complying with laws.
