Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, provide top-notch product education, and authentically share our community and culture.

You will move through the floor assisting guests and enabling seamless omnichannel experiences, including buy online/pickup in store. Join a team that values inclusion, integrity, and personal responsibility as you support store operations, maintain the luxury environment, and help guests

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country
• Must be 18 years or older
• Right to Work documentation (EMEA only)
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Conduct accurate and timely guest transactions and support omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to address issues.
