Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will share high-quality product education and connect with guests to help them find the right gear and build community.

The Educator role focuses on engaging guests, educating them about performance fabrics, and contributing to a positive store environment in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment that welcomes differences.
• Establish supportive relationships with all team members.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure optimal guest experience.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock as needed.
• Use in-store technology to support operations.
• Maintain a clean store environment and safety policies.
• Follow policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
