Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Strong communication and problem solving to resolve guest concerns.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Target Loyalty programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding items and resolving issues.
• Support store operations and cooperate with team.
• Explain promos and how to use Target App features.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with order pickup and drive-up processes.
• Handle returns or exchanges per Target policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming sales floor.
