Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while working.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs.
• Inform guests about current promos and store activities.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy.
• Help guests use the Target App features like Wallet.
• Direct guests to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Follow prompts for returns and escalate to leaders as needed.
• Keep a clean workspace and stock supplies during hours.
• Demonstrate safety compliance and ethical conduct.
• Support guest services for order pickup, drive-up, and returns, respecting laws.
• All other duties as needed.
