Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Assist guests to solve their specific needs.
• Inform guests about current promos and events.
• Know and explain store tools, products, and services to guests.
• Thank guests and promote Target Loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, in line with safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service.
• Explain Target App features (Wallet) to guests.
• Direct guests to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering.
• Process returns following policies; consult leaders as needed.
• Keep a clean, clutter-free area.
• Stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate safety and compliance.
• Work safely; report hazards.
• Support guest services like OPU, Drive-up, DU returns; comply with laws.
• All other duties as needed.
