Responsibilities

• Demonstrate service culture and meet the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Assist with promotions, store equipment, and product knowledge.
• Explain and guide guests on Target App features (Wallet, pickup, drive-up).
• Handle returns and escalate with Leaders when needed.
• Maintain clean work area and stock during open hours.
