Target in Houston seeks a Guest Advocate to help guests, greet, assist, and promote products and services, including Target App features. You will be part of a fast-paced store team delivering friendly, efficient service daily.

Training is provided to develop strong guest relations, with opportunities to support loyalty programs and store operations while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to resolve needs and explain promos.
• Explain benefits of loyalty programs and assist sign-up.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Support returns and guide guests through processes.
