Job summary

Target in Florida is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver welcoming guest experiences and help guests find what they need. You will greet customers, resolve issues, scan and bag items, and support checkout operations while upholding safety and store policies.

This role requires a friendly, energetic demeanor and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will promote savings and loyalty programs, assist with digital services, and help guests use features like Drive Up, Order Pick-Up

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, help them find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and support peers to deliver excellent service.
• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standards and explaining benefits and loyalty programs.
• Scan, bag and merchandise handling with safety and accuracy, while maintaining store cleanliness.
• Promote and explain current promos, store activities and enabling features in the Target App such as Wallet and Drive Up/Order Pick-Up.
