Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Florida. You will greet guests, help them find items, and ensure a friendly, efficient store experience. The role supports checkout operations, drives loyalty program awareness, and assists customers with returns and drive-up orders.

Training focuses on product knowledge, safety, and excellent guest service. The position offers an hourly starting rate with flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, and opportunities to grow within a busy retail

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

• Support drive-up, order pickup, and returns while following policy and safety rules
• All other duties based on business needs
