European Wax Center, Rialto, CA, is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists. You will drive sales performance and guest satisfaction in a high-volume beauty setting.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations while ensuring health and safety compliance and brand standards. A strong retail sales background and leadership ability are essential; flexible hours including

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
