Job summary

European Wax Center in Temecula, CA is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive sales performance while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling and daily operations, and develop KPI knowledge to influence center results and financial acumen. This in-person role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
