Job summary

European Wax Center in Riverside, CA is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, drive guest satisfaction, and hit sales goals.

You will manage Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, coordinate scheduling, inventory, payroll, and ensure health and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This full-time in-person role offers a competitive base salary, bonuses, PTO, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
