Job summary

European Wax Center in Rialto, CA is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, payroll, coaching, health and safety, and strong KPI awareness to improve financial performance. This is an in-person leadership position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Growth mindset is key!

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
