Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos in Nashville seeks a friendly Hospitality Team Member to greet guests, take orders, run food, and help create memorable dining experiences. You’ll learn the menu and promotions to tailor recommendations and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.

As part of the Hospitality Team you’ll work with managers and the kitchen to deliver fast, accurate service, maintain a clean dining room, and support guests with a smile and great attitude. Flexible schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills are required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule is required.
• Must meet state/local requirements for Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certifications must be obtained by day one or per location timeline.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ask questions to understand needs, and ensure fast, accurate transactions at POS.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and make guests feel welcomed from entry to departure.
• Learn the menu and promotions to offer personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables and ensure correct, timely service with proactive refills.
• Maintain cleanliness of all guest-facing areas and work with the team to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
