Job summary

Torchy’s is seeking a Hospitality Team Member at our Cypress, TX location. You’ll greet guests, take orders, run food, and ensure a welcoming dining experience with friendly service and attentiveness to guests’ needs.

You’ll also learn the menu, promote current promos, and maintain a clean, inviting dining room while collaborating with the kitchen and management to exceed expectations. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, obtain required certifications by day

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• State and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certifications must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders, ensuring fast, accurate transactions.
