The role emphasizes outgoing communication, active listening, and teamwork to resolve issues and ensure smooth service. Flexible schedules and competitive base pay with pooled tips are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ask questions to understand needs, offer suggestions, and ensure fast and accurate transactions.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and make guests feel welcomed and valued from entry to exit.
• Learn the menu and stay current on promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables, ensure correct and speedy delivery, and offer refills.
• Maintain neat, clean, inviting guest areas.
• Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and Hospitality Team to ensure smooth service.
