Job summary

Wingstop is seeking friendly cashiers in Texas to deliver a flavorful guest experience. You will take orders, process payments, and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and on time.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification required
• Cashier/restaurant experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the restaurant and taking orders, in person or over the phone.
• Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately and balance the drawer at shift end.
• Upsell and maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions.
• Answer customer questions and provide menu recommendations.
• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time by coordinating with kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean and stocked Front of House area and follow safety guidelines.
• Present a professional appearance according to company standards.
• Handle complaints and route to management when needed.
