Job summary

Grand Sierra Resort is seeking a dining room team member to provide prompt, friendly service and support to servers and kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, clearing and resetting tables, assisting with bus and to-go orders, and maintaining overall cleanliness throughout service periods. Must be at least 16, flexible, and able to work various shifts; English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player with good communication and attention to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professional, courteous service and respond to needs.
• Clear tables, clean tabletops, booths and chairs; reset tables.
• Assist servers with pre-bus and busing; clear and wipe surfaces.
• Help deliver to-go orders to host desk for pickup by guests.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area during service periods.
• Assist the kitchen in expediting the service flow and restock as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
