Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks a friendly restaurant server to deliver food and beverages with quality presentation in our resort restaurant. You will describe menu items, ensure accurate orders, and keep guests satisfied throughout the dining experience.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to operate coffee makers and cash terminals, knowledge of table settings, and adherence to safety standards. A high school diploma and Safe Server/Alcohol & Food Handlers certification are preferred,

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Knowledge of table and bar service.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation.
• Knowledge of and be able to operate all equipment related to the outlet, including coffee maker and cash terminals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with their food.
• Clear tables and reset them promptly.
• Restock busing stations and polish silverware.
• Assist service team to meet guest expectations.
• Handle all equipment and linens safely.
• Follow safety procedures for spills or breakage.
