Qualifications

• Experience as busser, food runner, or expeditor preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to hustle.
• Excellent English reading and communication skills.
• Experience in full-service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hours: 30–40 per week fulltime, 1–29 hours part-time; weekends/evenings.
• Bus dishes promptly as courses finish to plan.
• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, restock disposables.
• Serve food and beverages per Restaurant/Bar Manager instructions.
• Clean spills, remove glassware, organize counters.
• Reset dining/lounge areas for next function.
