The Summit Restaurant Group is seeking a Food Runner to deliver outstanding guest service and support the dining team. You will explain menu items, handle orders accurately, and assist with table setup while maintaining sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, speaks fluent English, and stays professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma preferred; full-time on-site role with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders by explaining specials, meals, and drinks, and make recommendations.
• Deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Explain food orders to chefs with allergy and special request awareness.
• Help staff set tables with utensils, decorations, and napkins.
• Uphold food health safety and sanitation principles.
• Check on customers to handle impromptu requests or issues.
• Remove dirty dishes from the table.
• Inform management of customer feedback.
