Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required unless waived by Human Resources Management.
• Six (6) months of Food & Beverage work experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check; gaming license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-busses, clears and resets tables ensuring all chairs, floors and work areas are clean and presentable at all times.
• Carries dirty dishes from the restaurant to the kitchen; wipes tabletops and chairs with damp sanitized cloth.
• Sets tables with silverware and glassware and required napkins.
• Replenishes supply of clean napkins, silverware, glassware and dishes in restaurant.
• Refills water glasses, coffee, iced tea, and bread in a timely manner as requested by customers.
• Greets guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Performs all side work duties as assigned or requested by Supervisor and/or performs the duties of a food runner to assist the wait staff.
• Attends and participates in departmental meetings to gain knowledge of products, service and facility promotions and events.
• Responds to customer inquiries and comments by providing timely and knowledgeable information in order to provide quality customer service.
• Reports any maintenance or housekeeping discrepancies to management in a prompt manner.
• Exhibits a professional appearance and maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
