Job summary

Saracen Casino Resort is seeking a Restaurant Busser to maintain and replenish service stations, clear dirty dishes, and assist servers and hosts to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. This role emphasizes friendliness, timeliness, and adherence to casino policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean stations, assisting with seating, and supporting a positive team environment. Must be at least 18, with a high school diploma and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Report to work well-groomed in full uniform and on time with badge on upper left side of uniform.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all our guests.
• Be hospitable, friendly, and polite with all guests, co-workers, and management using positive body language.
• Be familiar with restaurant menu, assisting guests with any questions.
• Clean, set-up and organize all service & bussing stations.
• Assist restaurant server with the removal of soiled dishes and trays.
• Removal of trash on a timely need.
• Assist other associates to promote a positive team environment.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to policies.
• Attend training meetings.
• Hours determined by 24-hour schedule.
• Assist guests with children in seating.
