Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Key Employee, Assistant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
• Proven guest service experience as a Bartender, Server or Key Employee.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
• Acute financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily front-of-house restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently to guest complaints.
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Ensure sanitation and safety regulations compliance.
• Manage restaurant’s image.
• Drive standards and control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Train new and current employees on proper guest service practices.
