This role requires 3+ years in upscale dining management, deep knowledge of wine and spirits, and experience with inventory and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management in a high-volume luxury dining environment.

• Experience with beverage cost controls and inventory systems.
• Comfort leading teams during high-pressure service.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH/beverage operations with a strong floor presence.
• Drive beverage sales through coaching and guest engagement.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure NYC DOH and SLA compliance and staff training.
• Host VIP guests and wine dinners and special events.
