Marlow's Tavern is seeking a Beverage Hospitality Manager to lead all tavern operations, drive hospitality at the highest level, and ensure profitability and growth. You will be the keeper of Marlow’s culture, embodying our values and guiding the team through busy shifts.

This role manages front-of-house operations, guest service, staff training, cost controls, and vendor relations while promoting the brand in the local community and ensuring a superior dining experience.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Key Employee, Assistant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
• Proven guest service experience as a Bartender, Server or Key Employee.
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
• Acute financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Coordinating of daily Front of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to guest complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s image
• Drive Standards and Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
• Train new and current employees on proper guest service practices
