- Welcome and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with rooms and amenities
- Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards
- Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
- Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
