• Offers assistance with doors and luggage upon arrival.
• Escorts guests to rooms, assists with luggage and explains hotel services and local attractions.
• Explains features of rooms and how to use in-room amenities and calls.
• Delivers luggage to rooms promptly and professionally.
• Stores luggage carts safely and handles guests’ property with care.
• Communicates with all departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
• Maintains knowledge of property offerings, outlets, hours, and events.
• Maintains professional conduct and confidentiality; keeps work area clean and stocked.
• Develops positive communication and teamwork with coworkers and supervisors.
• Handles guest service issues promptly and professionally.
• Delivers excellent customer service efficiently.
