Cornell University’s Statler Hotel is seeking a Bell Person to deliver warm, personalized guest experiences. You’ll assist with luggage, manage valet and parking services, and operate the hotel’s airport shuttle as part of our front office team on campus in Ithaca, NY.

This onsite role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a friendly, professional appearance. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are common as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record; able to operate manual transmission.
• Capable of running quickly to obtain/deliver guest cares and of standing for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with luggage to and from vehicles and rooms; escort to rooms when needed.
• Provide valet services for all guests; process payments and manage parking options.
• Operate hotel shuttle and drive guest vehicles safely; ensure vehicles are in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles; keep them fueled and report maintenance concerns.
• Provide genuine welcome and engage guests to elevate their experiences throughout the hotel.
• Coordinate and communicate with Front Office and other hotel departments as needed.
