Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club in Dana Point, CA seeks a Bellperson to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, escort arrivals and departures, and assist with luggage and room orientations to ensure a seamless stay.

This role emphasizes warmth, integrity, and teamwork as you transport guests using hotel vehicles and keep bell areas clean and organized, delivering the high standard of service expected by our guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
• Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
• Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
• Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
