EOS is seeking a attentive Bellperson to welcome guests and assist with luggage, escort guests to their rooms, and provide orientation to room features and resort amenities. The role emphasizes a courteous, proactive approach to guest service throughout the stay.

Responsibilities include delivering amenities, aiding with parking, transporting guests within the resort, and maintaining the bell area. Prior experience in a luxury setting is preferred, and a professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 9 hours per shift
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort preferred.

• Assist guests with parking directions and vehicle coordination.
• Transport guests to nearby attractions and within the resort via golf cart or vehicle as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell areas, carts, and storage spaces.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance proactively.
• Communicate guest requests or observations to the Front Office team.

Hourly Rate: $16.00 – $17.00 / hour plus gratuities
