Canyon Ranch Austin invites you to join the founding team in the vibrant Texas Hill Country. As a Guest Services/Operations colleague, you will welcome guests, assist with luggage and shuttle transport, and guide guests through ranch amenities and experiences.

Responsibilities include event setup, logistically coordinating guest vehicles, and ensuring clean, safe public areas. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with luggage and valet, and facilitate check-ins/outs.
• Provide information on ranch amenities, activities, and local attractions.
• Operate shuttle vehicles and manage guest vehicle logistics.
• Set up and break down spaces for events and experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of public areas and report maintenance needs.
• Support operations like delivering linens, packages, and mail, and inventory tasks.
