Qualifications

• 1 year of front desk / bell supervisory experience in a hospitality/hotel environment.
• 1 year of customer service experience in service or retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage, check-in, and check-out as needed.
• Deliver messages, packages, and items to guest rooms or areas as required.
• Coordinate transportation and provide directions and information about amenities.
• Maintain lobby, bell carts, and cleanliness of main entrance and porte-cochere.
• Train and supervise bell staff, schedule shifts, and ensure policy adherence.
