Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Orlando seeks a Bell Captain to oversee the bell staff and enhance guest arrivals, check-in and stay experiences. You will manage luggage handling, promote resort standards, and coordinate with other departments to exceed guest expectations.

The role requires exceptional guest service, clear communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Prior front desk/bell supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of front desk / bell supervisory experience in a hospitality/hotel environment.
• 1 year of customer service experience in service or retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to greet guests professionally.
• Must maintain a Can-Do, positive attitude toward guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the bell staff and serve resort guests during their stay.
• Assist and ensure proper handling of guest luggage; promote resort standards.
• Refer requests to department managers to exceed guest expectations.
• Greet guests and offer luggage assistance during check-in/check-out and room moves.
• Coordinate transportation needs for owners and guests; keep entrance areas clean and organized.
• Train and develop Bell staff; create and maintain bell staff schedules.
