Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have at least 1 year of front desk/bell supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage handling during check-in/check-out and room moves.
• Coordinate transportation needs for owners and guests and answer questions about amenities and directions.
• Maintain lobby and porte-cochere cleanliness and bell cart inventory.
• Train and develop Bell staff and create schedules to ensure smooth operations.
