Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Austin, TX seeks a Bell Attendant to greet guests and ensure a smooth start to their stay. You will escort guests, transport luggage, and coordinate with Front Office and Valet to ensure comfort and familiarity with all room features and offerings.

This role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a passion for hospitality and helping guests feel welcome throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• An open and flexible schedule that includes early morning, afternoon, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Must exhibit a positive attitude and have a passion for teamwork.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to rooms.
• Assist with transporting luggage and personal items to and from rooms.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Valet to ensure smooth guest transitions.
• Provide information about hotel features and local attractions.
• Maintain a friendly, professional presence and respond to guest needs.
