Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Austin, TX seeks a Bell Attendant to greet guests and ensure a smooth start to their stay. You will escort guests, transport luggage, and coordinate with Front Office and Valet to ensure comfort and familiarity with all room features and offerings.

This role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a passion for hospitality and helping guests feel welcome throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• An open and flexible schedule that includes early morning, afternoon, weekend and holiday shifts.

• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Join our team as a Bell Attendant, where you'll be the friendly face that greets our guests and ensures their stay starts off on the right foot!

In this dynamic role, you'll be in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet teams to seamlessly escort guests and transport their luggage and personal items to and from their rooms. Your mission is to make sure our guests are comfortable with their accommodations and familiar with all the fantastic room features and offerings.
