The Elizabeth Hotel and Emporium in Fort Collins, part of Sage Hospitality Group, seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, answer reservations questions, and ensure accurate information and service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous front desk or hotel experience is required.
• Must be fluent in oral and written English.
• Must be able to use tact and understanding in customer service scenarios, including stressful situations.
• Must be highly organized and able to pay attention to detail while multitasking.

Responsabilités

• Greets and completes check-in procedures for arriving guests using manual and computerized methods.
• Facilitates guest check-out and closes accounts following established procedures.
• Handles cash transactions and maintains accurate hotel records.
• Answers inquiries and accepts reservations, communicates rates, and uses upselling techniques.
• Maintains customer relations with timely, knowledgeable responses in person and by phone.
• Operates PBX equipment for calls, wake-ups, and paging guests.
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful demeanor at all times.
