Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hospitality management company, seeks a friendly Bellperson to join our team in Colorado Springs. You will escort guests, transport luggage, and introduce them to room features while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests, supporting operations, and contributing to guest satisfaction through accurate, courteous service at all times.

Qualifications

• 1+ year guest/customer service experience.
• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 or 4-year college degree a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome; remain calm during heavy activity.
• Retrieve guest items from cars, buses, vans and carts; load luggage onto bell cart and transport through the hotel.
• Read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets and detach portions for guests.
• Escort guests to accommodations; inspect room and report deficiencies to housekeeping.
• Direct guest flow through hotel; provide directions to restaurant and facilities.
• Deliver messages to meeting facilities and guest rooms upon request.
• Answer guest inquiries with clear information about hours, services, or local attractions.
• Pick up and deliver guest laundry; deliver newspapers, VIP packets, mail, and parcels.
