Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Bell Attendant to greet arriving guests and assist with luggage transport and storage at our property in Puerto Rico. The role requires a courteous, professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, coordinating with hotel staff for requests, resolving issues promptly, and promoting hotel services while maintaining grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all arriving guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Secure, tag and store luggage at guest's request.
• Direct guests to appropriate hotel staff for assistance with questions and special requests regarding food, laundry, concierge services, or housekeeping.
• Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances or dissatisfied guests.
• Promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guests and provide information to guests regarding local attractions and activities.
• Treat requests with professionalism, tact, and a courteous manner.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
