Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Attendant for Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to guests arriving at the hotel. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and providing information about local attractions.

Qualifications include at least one year of customer service experience, hospitality experience preferred, valid Puerto Rico driver’s license, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver's license.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotel.
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• An outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Interact with all guests and welcome each guest to the hotel.
• Handle and transport guest luggage during check-ins and check-outs.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining services and amenities.
• Perform messenger and package delivery services.
• Provide accurate information to guests about local attractions.
• Work together with other attendants for a personalized experience.
• Assist in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
• Do more than just the norm to make an impact.
