The Bell Attendant sets the tone for Sonesta’s mission of “Wowing” our guests with Amazing Moments. The role’s primary responsibility is to assist arriving and departing guests in transporting luggage to and from guest rooms. The Bell Attendant must respond to guests’ requests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
