Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts in Westlake Village, CA, is seeking a Bell Person to enhance guest experiences by providing courteous, efficient assistance during arrivals, departures, and throughout the stay. You will escort guests, assist with luggage, explain room features, and share information about local attractions.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, attentiveness, and physical stamina. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to maintain clean, orderly spaces and handle luggage.
• Physical stamina for outdoor maintenance and lifting.
• Professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Escort incoming guests to their rooms and assist with luggage.
• Attend and participate in monthly front office meetings.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are in order and adequately supplied.
• Explain room features and in-room amenities to guests.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Page guests in lobby or dining areas; deliver messages and run errands.
• Maintain the courtesy van including washing, cleaning, and fueling.
• Raise, lower, and display the American flag properly.
• Keep lobby and front areas clean and tidy, including ashtrays and floors.
• Maintain the front porte‑cochere by removing trash and clearing spills.
