Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests upon arrival in a warm and professional manner.
• Transports guests' luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Escorts guests to their accommodation and informs them of hotel features.
• Delivers items to guest rooms as instructed.
• Answers questions and provides information about the property and events.
• Communicates guest requests to management.
• Assists Front Desk and Housekeeping with lobby and room duties.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
