Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a Bell Attendant at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and provide information about the property and events.

You will also deliver items to rooms and support Front Desk and housekeeping as needed. This role requires excellent communication and a customer-service mindset, with flexibility for long shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Must obtain valid gaming license, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Transports luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Escorts guests to accommodations and explains hotel amenities.
• Delivers items to guest rooms as instructed.
• Answers questions about the property and events.
• Communicates special requests to management.
• Assists Front Desk with lobby area upkeep.
• Assists housekeeping with cleaning and trash removal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
