Job summary

Hireology is seeking a bell attendant to greet guests in the lobby, escort them to rooms, and help them feel welcome during their stay. The role emphasizes courtesy, attentiveness, and a professional demeanor.

You will assist guests with luggage, inform them about resort amenities and safety procedures, and support operations with timely deliveries and luggage storage. This position requires strong English skills, a high school diploma, and prior guest service experience; you will join a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Experience in guest services preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in lobby in a warm, professional manner.
• Recognize returning and VIP guests and welcome them back.
• Assist guests with luggage and acknowledge by name.
• Escort guests to rooms following resort procedure.
• Inform guests about resort features, facilities, and safety procedures.
• Make deliveries to guest rooms as instructed.
• Store and retrieve luggage for guests.
