Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, and assist all guests.
• Carry a radio to respond to calls to deliver, retrieve, and store luggage.
• Load and unload luggage to/from vehicles.
• Keep accurate records and record numbers neatly while handling luggage for bus groups.
• Direct contact with guests requires patience and good communication.
• Store and retrieve luggage in the luggage room.
• Deliver and retrieve boxes, packages, and envelopes for guests.
• Engage with guests to enquire about their stay.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
