Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality service to arriving and departing guests using Spotlight on Service
• Greet guests with upbeat attitude and build relationships
• Transports luggage from Bell Desk to hotel accommodations
• Explains room accommodations and equipment to guests
• Assists departing guests with luggage and departure details
• Informs guests of facilities, promotions and local events
• Greets charter arrival guests and provides luggage assistance
• Collaborates with team in a rotational schedule
• Acts as line ambassador for hotel check-in VIP guests
